How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 have a flat delivery fee of £2.99.
What is the best vape for beginners?
We recommend starting with a simple pod kit — they are easy to use, affordable, and produce great flavour. Browse our Pod Kits collection to find the perfect starter device.
What nicotine strength should I choose?
Light smokers (under 10 cigarettes/day): 3mg or 6mg. Medium smokers: 12mg. Heavy smokers (20+ per day): 18mg or 20mg nicotine salts for a stronger hit.
Can I return a product if it is faulty?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all faulty items. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days once we receive the returned item.
Are your products age-verified?
Yes. We are legally required to verify all customers are 18 or over before completing a purchase. Age verification is carried out at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
